Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged during transit or defective upon receipt, we will be happy to send you a replacement or issue you a complete refund. Please send us an email to let us know about the problem. All problems must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery to qualify for refund or replacement.
We may ask you to send us photos to demonstrate the damage or defect or we may ask you to return the product to us. If we ask you to return the product, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Once we receive the returned item and can verify the damage or defect, we will send a replacement or process the refund.
For damaged products, please retain all packaging materials. The USPS may require photos of the damage that occured during transit in order to issue a refund.

So that customers can be assured of our high standards of sanitization and cleanliness, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply no longer want the product you ordered.
Tarot and Oracle Readings
Due to the nature of these products, once a reading has been performed and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.
To ensure you receive your order in as timely a manner as possible, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, providing you with tracking and insurance on all orders.

Unfortunately, we have found that cheaper shipping methods are much more unreliable and may take quite a long time to arrive. We do our best to make shipping as affordable as possible by covering some of the shipping charges for you.
